Surprise visit!
Hi Friends,
Loyce came for a visit today on her way back to Iowa, which was great! We all had lunch together (mom and I picked up some food from Boston Market), and had a good time chatting and looking at some of Loyce's pictures. Mom loved having her here, and very much appreciated the visit. :)
When Loyce had to head out, mom and I took her laundry to be done, and while we waited for it to wash, just went for a drive around the city looking at sights and old apartments and neighborhoods and such. While we waited for the clothes to dry, we got a treat of ice cream at Baskin-Robbins next door...yummy! We had a good time, and then I dropped mom and the clean laundry back off at the Imperial before heading home myself.
Back to work tomorrow...it was a nice four day weekend, though! Thanks all for your continued love and support. Peace.
