Small world
Hi Friends,
It's late and I'm tired, so I'll be brief. Work today was busy in the beginning but then it got nicer in the late afternoon. Found out that the mother of a nurse, Anja, I work with is in the same facility on the same floor as mom! We haven't yet run into each other there, but now that we know, perhaps we'll all visit together! What a small world! :) Obviously was unable to visit mom today because of work, but I talked to her a few times and she seemed to have a good day despite this. She is excited, as am I, that I don't have to work tomorrow and thus will be able to be there. :) Feeling okay, still trying to stave off this cold...it seems to come in waves throughout the day, but I keep loading up on the vitamins, herbal supplements and tea, so we'll see. Hope to be able to sleep in a tiny bit tomorrow morning, but we'll see...at least I don't have to get up at 5:30am! Watched a movie and had pizza with my friend Natalie tonight after work, which was nice and relaxing. No specific plans for tomorrow, just hanging out with mom...what I should do is laundry...ugh.
