Mardi Gras
Hi Friends,
Work today was long but okay...tonight we're supposed to get yet another winter storm...it is never-ending! But I don't have to work tomorrow, so I can hole up until it stops snowing...perhaps a day to try and get some housework done...but we'll see. I may just want to veg...
Talked to mom a bunch today...she was working diligently on writing in her journal and on the homework...it sounds like it's even harder each time...hopefully I'll be able to look it over and help her work on it tomorrow. They had a Mardi Gras celebration at the Imperial today, so she went to that and they had snacks and music...she said it was a good time. Otherwise, she just kept herself occupied and was in good spirits. :)
