Happy St. Patty's Day!

Hi Friends,

Happy St. Patty's Day, everyone! Hope you had a good holiday, and were able to do something to celebrate. I wore my green shamrock socks, thank you very much, and mom wore the green beads and light-up ring I brought her yesterday along with the bowler hat she got today at the festivities. :) I brought her some other things too today to help celebrate...a stuffed dog so she could have a "dog" of her own, one of her scripts ("Top Girls") to read, and a photo album that her mother made for her when she turned 21...lots of old photos of her as a baby and childhood, prom, family, etc...she LOVED looking at the pics and reminiscing...she even remembered names of pets (Geo, the horse) and began telling me stories behind some of the pictures! :) Her memories of them were wonderful, and came very easily and naturally. I've got to bring more old photos, they really trigger some memories! :)

Filed my taxes this evening, too...now just have to do mom's...pretty productive! My to-do list is lengthening by the day though, so I really have to crack down and get some more things accomplished, especially with the move coming up soon. Oy, it's always something.

Must work tomorrow...my four day weekend has come to an end. Hope it's not too busy! Thanks for all your continuing love and support. Peace.
