April Fools!
Hi Friends,
April showers bring May flowers...at least that's what I keep telling myself...and I'd like to clarify that this means RAIN showers, not snow showers. Just so we're all clear. ;)
Work today was work, but we discovered having music playing at the desk really helps the day go by, and a little serenade and dance never hurt either. Also, a good April Fools joke from mom made me laugh...she called me up and sounded very distressed. My guard immediately went up and I wanted to know what was wrong. She said "Guess what they have to do?" I inquired, a sinking feeling in my stomach. "They have to do surgery on my booty!" I immediately wanted to know why, and was thinking of when she had that horrible excoriation on her behind while at RIC. She replied "They have to do it because..........it's April Fools Day!!!" I about had a heart attack...she got me good!! I talked to Aunt Betty tonight who said she had also called Aunt Linda, Aunt Leslie and Uncle Jack also! Betty said she totally fooled her as well...wow! She was right on top of it!
Wow, suddenly got very sleepy, so will head to bed now. Thank you all for your continued love and support. Peace.
