Hi Friends,
I have electricity in my whole apartment! Yay!!! The electricians arrived this morning and got it all fixed, and I couldn't be more excited. It's finally coming together more, and it feels good to live in a normal, working apartment. Also was able to transport mom's couch which doesn't fit well in the living room to Pam's apartment for her to use indefinitely...it definitely reinforced that it was a good decision to get movers to move me! We handled it, but it wasn't very much fun. ;)
After that, Pam dropped me off to visit mom...she wasn't feeling very well, and complained of a headache that was making her nauseous, poor thing...I gave her some Tylenol and she mostly just laid down while I was there...we hung out, but she wasn't in much of a condition to do much. I felt bad for her. :( Hopefully she'll get a good night's sleep and wake up feeling much better. Headed home after that and rearranged some furniture and other things, hung some pictures and things on the walls, and cleaned a bit. I can't wait to be done getting everything all settled and situated...the in between time is no fun.
Okay, off to bed...I think I'll sleep in my own room tonight now that it has electricity! :) Thanks for all your continued love and support. Peace.
